Senior Producer - New York Office

KINTZING represents a network of image makers, photographers, and directors for commercial commissioning, production, and image licensing. We partner with leading brands, advertising and creative agencies to create impactful and compelling work on a global scale. The Position:The producer will be responsible for the end to end production of global shoots, both still and moving images. Reporting to KINTZING’ Head of Production (based in London) and Senior Photo Agent (based in New York). ResponsibilitiesWork closely with US Senior Photo Agent to bid, award and execute high-quality work for agency rosterEnd to end management of all agency production, covering all photography and video requirements, both editorial and commercialAbility and willingness to seamlessly execute multiple projects at once  Source and successfully option artists, studios, locations, crew, vehicles etcNegotiate usage and rates for suppliers including but not limited to talent, studios, artists etc.Manage all estimates, POs, invoices, vendor set upCreate and maintain all production documents including but not limited to call sheets, production books, shoot schedules etcCoordinate between internal resources/third parties and vendors to insure flawless execution of projectsProduce workable timelines, a strong structure for each project and ensuring deliverables are delivered within scope to the clientOnboard and hire any and all freelance assisting work for productionManage locations including scouting, file pulls, clearances, and permittingOn set leadership and management of all production crew, kits, location supplies Casting experience preferable Review and finalising all production kits before they are dispatchedPost Production ManagementClosing jobs, responsible for production backup, petty cash log and all other billing reconciliationsWho You AreMinimum 5+ years prior experience at an artist representation agency, production company or similarProven creative leader with a track record of producing and overseeing end to end shoot productions and creating high-impact content with top-tier talentHighly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize and adapt to competing deadlines in a fast-paced environmentA positive attitude and solutions-oriented collaborative styleDeep understanding of photography, advertising, fashion and entertainment Based in New York CityRequired Skills and ExperienceMust have experience in shoot and on-set production with both fashion and commercial clientsProven ability to create accurate, detailed production estimates across a wide range of budget sizes, from smaller-scale shoots to complex, high-value commercial productionsExcellent written and verbal communication skills both in-person, on video calls and via email/phoneExperience navigating complex, matrixed timelines and creating a culture of professionalism, accountability, and resultsWillingness and ability to travel for production both domestically and internationally when neededProven ability to manage relationships, stay motivated and make decisionsStrong project management, exceptional attention to detail and stellar negotiation skillsWorking knowledge of production vendors and industry personnel and a growing book of contactsWhat We Can OfferA position with scope for growth A competitive salary and benefits package Flexible work from home options (3 days in-person, 2 days work-from-home)
