Senior Product & Compliance Technologist£45,000–£70,000, depending on experience | Hybrid workingRegular travel to a Southampton warehouse requiredCranleigh STEM is partnering with an innovative, growing British consumer products business to recruit a Senior Product & Compliance Technologist.This is an opportunity to help ensure products meet regulatory requirements across international markets, working closely with product, quality and commercial teams. Reporting to the Product Compliance & Quality Manager, you’ll also provide guidance and mentoring to junior compliance colleagues.Your key responsibilities:Monitor UK/EU regulatory changes and translate requirements into practical business actions.Conduct compliance risk assessments, reviews and audits, identifying gaps and overseeing corrective actions.Maintain accurate policies, procedures and product compliance documentation.Advise internal teams, support investigations and deliver compliance training.Support external audits and third-party compliance reviews.What we’re looking for:Relevant experience in product compliance, regulatory affairs, risk management, internal audit or a related discipline, ideally five years or more.Strong regulatory knowledge and the ability to apply it in a commercial environment.Experience in compliance monitoring, risk assessments, testing or investigations.Excellent attention to detail, communication and organisational skills.Confidence managing competing priorities and working across teams and international markets.The business is open to candidates at different levels of experience within the advertised salary range.Benefits include:33 days’ holiday including bank holidays, increasing with service; an earlier Friday finish; pension contributions; Cycle to Work scheme; employee assistance programme; staff discounts and regular social events.39 hours per week | Hybrid working based at head officeInterested?
