Job Description

The Privacy Operations team works to enhance the enterprise privacy program supporting our client in response to growing customer expectations, risk management imperatives, and current/evolving legal obligations around the collection, storage, processing, and sharing of personal data. In partnership with Enterprise Technology Services, the team is responsible for implementing and managing the technology using the OneTrust platform and the supporting business processes to create a “privacy by design” culture that embeds privacy protection and controls throughout the lifecycle of the data. The Senior Product Analyst will be responsible for supporting the Product Owners in product and feature development, testing, and documentation for data privacy governance with a specific focus on a new third-party data sharing governance platform. Responsibilities

Partner with project teams and stakeholders to conduct discovery and document current-state processes.Help design future-state processes and identify opportunities for technology and process improvements.Support the automation of privacy processes by documenting workflows and developing proof-of-concepts.Create strategic project artifacts, including wireframes, process flows, business requirements, and process documentation.Develop presentations and formal documentation for both internal and external audiences.Collaborate with technical teams to support integration of privacy platforms with enterprise systems such as ServiceNow.Support the maintenance and enhancement of tools built on the OneTrust platform.Assist with template updates, data migration, configuration support, and troubleshooting technical issues with vendors.Coordinate and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).Execute functional and UAT test scripts and document testing results and findings.Work with business and technical teams to identify and resolve issues.Participate in cross-functional initiatives to identify capabilities, gaps, risks, and opportunities related to privacy and data governance.Support development of a comprehensive data privacy governance framework within the broader enterprise data governance strategy.Work closely with Product Owners to support product and feature development.Help gather and document business requirements and translate business needs into actionable product requirements.Build strong relationships with stakeholders and contribute to a customer-focused, service-oriented culture.Manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.#cspro
