You’ll work across varied products, features and regions, helping keep customers’ finances safe while keeping the experience smooth.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and track key product metrics, holding teams accountable through the quarterRun discovery analyses to scope new opportunities and improve products and customer experienceBuild data pipelines, reports and visualisations that let stakeholders make product decisions and changesTurn insights into clear recommendations for product managers and senior stakeholdersWhat We’re Looking For3+ years analysing data in a professional settingStrong SQL and Python experienceStrong quantitative grounding, ideally from a scientific or technical backgroundExcellent communication skills and the ability to turn complex problems into simple, persuasive narrativesFlexible and creative: comfortable moving between multiple projects involving sensitive financial data, adapting quickly and finding original solutions to business problemsA drive to help Product Managers solve business problems through data and provided insights
