Join Us.Envu is proud to be certified as a Top Employer 2026 in France and the United StatesFUNCTION: InnovationLOCATION: Cary, USAJOB TYPE: PermanentJOB GRADE: 6GET TO KNOW YOUR AREA: Accountable for Envu's Product Chemistry and Regulatory Information assets, ensuring scientific, stewardship and compliance information is collected, governed, maintained and transformed into trusted regulatory outputs throughout the product lifecycle.Act as the business owner of chemistry-related regulatory information and ensure consistency across Product Chemistry, SDS, Regulatory Documentation and connected regulatory platformsYOUR MISSION WILL BE TO: Own the approved product chemistry, composition, and regulatory information for an assigned portfolio of active ingredients, formulations, and products — acting as the single point of accountability for its collection, validation, governance, and quality, and ensuring it remains accurate, complete, traceable, and inspection-ready throughout the product lifecycle.Ensure consistency of chemical composition, substance, impurity, hazard, and stewardship data across all approved business systems and outputs, including Veeva, LISAM, SDS, regulatory dossiers, labels, and customer-facing documents.Prepare and provide Product Chemistry documentation, scientific assessments, technical justifications, and comparison statements required by Global, Regional, and Country Regulatory Managers to support registration, defense, and lifecycle management activities.Generate, maintain, and approve composition-based compliance documentation in response to customer, commercial, and market requirements — including Certificates of Compliance (COC, COF, CSF), product declarations, PFAS, SVHC and restricted substance statements, and the scientific information supporting Kosher, Halal, and HACCP certifications — ensuring supporting evidence remains current and auditable.Partner with Formulation Technology, Product Supply, Procurement, Quality, Sustainability, Regulatory Affairs, and external suppliers to collect and validate the product chemistry and stewardship information underpinning Envu's license to operate.Act as the expert reference on product composition, stewardship content, and chemistry-related regulatory requirements for internal and external stakeholders, representing Regulatory Affairs in cross-functional projects and delivering training, guidance, and knowledge-sharing activities.Define and implement data standards, business rules, and governance processes, and drive continuous improvement of digital regulatory information solutions — including Veeva, LISAM, and connected platforms — to enhance information quality, compliance, efficiency, and reuse across the organization.ARE YOU READY FOR THE ROLE?Main requirements: Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Toxicology, Environmental Sciences, Agronomy or a related scientific discipline. Master's degree or PhD preferred.10+ years of experience in Product Chemistry, Product Stewardship, Regulatory Affairs or a related scientific discipline within the agrochemical, chemical or other highly regulated industry.Strong understanding of global chemical regulations and product stewardship requirements, including UN-GHS, CLP, REACH, PFAS, SVHC and related compliance frameworks.Experience managing scientific, chemistry, stewardship and regulatory information within enterprise platforms such as Veeva, LISAM, SAP EH&S or equivalent systems.Ability to translate scientific data into regulatory conclusions, compliance documentation and business decisions.Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills within a global and cross-functional environment.Fluent in English, written and spoken.Environmental Science U.S. LLC is an Equal Opportunity employer.
