We are a growing force within the industry, and we want engineers who want to be part of that ascent. The right candidate doesn’t just read a job description and send a resumé. They want to see the floor. They want to stand next to a robotic welder and understand what it can do. They want to meet the leaders of the company, show their curiosity, and talk through their experience with pride. We want to show you what we’re building. Walk the production floor. See the laser cutting equipment run, watch the robotic press brakes work, and meet the engineering leaders who are shaping where this company goes next. That conversation will be the beginning of something, not a formality. We’re growing—adding capability, capacity, and reach with every passing year. The engineers who join us at this moment grow with that structure. Your skills deepen as our products evolve. Your influence expands as our market does. What you design today becomes the foundation for what we build tomorrow.
