Job Title : Senior Product DesignerLocation : San Jose, CA (Hybrid)Job Description:We are looking for a Senior Product Designer who can bring clarity to complex systems collaborate closely with product and engineering and turn user needs technical constraints and product strategy into intuitive reliable scalable and accessible experiencesWhat You'll DoDesign end-to-end calling experiences across Webex desktop web mobile and device surfacesPartner with product managers engineers architects researchers and other designers to define user flows interaction models and implementation ready designsProactively identify opportunities where user needs product strategy and platform capabilities intersect then use design artifacts prototypes and storytelling to help the team align on directionExplore how AI assisted and agentic workflows can improve Realtime communication without adding friction or reducing user trustCreate prototypes at the right level of fidelity from quick workflow explorations to polished concepts for stakeholder alignment usability testing and engineering handoffUse Cisco design system to produce consistent scalable experiences while identifying gaps or new patterns needed for calling specific use casesValidate design decisions through usability testing heuristic review customer feedback and collaboration with UX researchDocument interaction behavior accessibility considerations edge cases and design rationale for product teamsHelp align teams around a shared product direction through strong storytelling systems thinking and pragmatic design judgmentWhat Were Looking Forwe are looking for product design UX design or equivalent experience designing complex digital productsA portfolio that shows strong systems thinking interaction design product judgment and the ability to simplify complex workflowsExperience designing for enterprise SaaS collaboration tools communications platforms admin tooling or similarly complex product ecosystemsStrong product intuition and the ability to connect user needs business goals and technical constraints into clear design directionA proactive approach to identifying gaps framing opportunities and helping teams make better product decisions before solutions are fully definedStrong command of Figma prototyping design systems accessibility and modern product design practicesA practical accessibility mindset including familiarity with WCAG and inclusive design principlesComfort working with ambiguity technical complexity and fastmoving product prioritiesStrong collaboration skills with product management engineering research and design partnersExperience using AI tools to accelerate design exploration prototyping research synthesis or workflow generation paired with clear judgment about where human design thinking matters mostNice To HaveExperience with telecommunications calling meetings messaging contact center or Realtime communication productsExperience designing AI assisted workflows automation agents or intelligent recommendationsExperience working across multiple platforms including desktop mobile web and hardware integrated experiencesFamiliarity with enterprise admin provisioning compliance security or regulated customer environmentsSkillsMandatory Skills : Business Process Design, Mapping, Design systems, Interaction DesignWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
