You'll have the chance to influence how things are done rather than simply inheriting someone else's way of working. The longer-term plan is to grow the function across areas including growth and experimentation, platform and design systems, and UX research. That creates plenty of scope for the role to evolve too, whether your ambitions eventually lean towards greater strategic ownership or people leadership. If you're looking for a large design team where everything is already established, this probably isn't it.But if you want more ownership, more variety and more of your work making it into customers' hands, we'd love to hear from you.Apply now to find out more.
