With a young, aggressive, and talented team, we’re driving major missions forward.As a Senior Product Designer – Growth & Marketing, you’ll sit at the intersection of Product, Growth, Marketing, Commercial, and Design. You’ll shape experiences across the customer journey—from acquisition and first-order conversion to retention, promotions, CRM, and re-engagement. You’ll go beyond executing briefs to identify opportunities, frame problems, influence strategy, and drive measurable business outcomes.Lead the design vision and strategy for Growth & Marketing experiences across noon Minutes.Identify and frame high-impact customer and business opportunities through customer research, data, and experimentation.Design end-to-end experiences across the growth funnel, including acquisition, onboarding, first-order conversion, retention, promotions, CRM, and re-engagement.Translate ambiguous customer and business challenges into clear product and design strategies.Partner closely with Product, Growth, Marketing, Commercial, Analytics, and Engineering to define problems and develop effective solutions.Use customer insights, behavioural data, and experimentation to influence product and business direction.Lead design from problem discovery through launch, measurement, iteration, and optimisation.Develop scalable design frameworks, patterns, and principles for Growth & Marketing experiences.Define and track meaningful customer and business outcomes, focusing on impact rather than output alone.Raise the quality bar for Growth & Marketing design across noon Minutes and the wider organisation.Mentor and support other designers, contributing to a strong, collaborative, and outcome-driven design culture.What you'll need7+ years of product design experience, with strong experience across growth, consumer, marketplace, e-commerce, or similarly high-scale digital products.Experience leading design across complex, high-scale consumer journeys and multiple stages of the customer funnel.Strong understanding of growth principles, including acquisition, activation, conversion, retention, engagement, and experimentation.Strong product thinking and the ability to connect customer needs, business goals, and measurable outcomes.Ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments and confidently define problems and opportunities.Experience using qualitative and quantitative insights to inform design decisions and measure impact.Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.Strong experience partnering with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Analytics, Commercial, and business teams.A portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking, problem-solving, experimentation, and measurable impact—not just polished UI.Experience establishing design frameworks, systems, or patterns that enable teams to scale.Experience mentoring designers and influencing design direction is highly valuable.Who will excel?We’re looking for people with high standards, who understand that hard work matters.You need to be relentlessly resourceful and operate with a deep bias for action.We need people with the courage to be fiercely original.noon is not for everyone; readiness to adapt, pivot, and learn is essential.
