Through continuous learning, experimentation, and a user-centric approach, we transform ideas into delightful, functional, and visually compelling products that resonate with our users and establish Betr as a leader in the industry.The difference you will make As a Senior Product Designer, you will guide projects through their entire lifecycle, from conceptualization to production. You will establish a clear vision, craft design solutions, create prototypes, and work closely with fellow designers, researchers, product managers, analysts, and engineers.What you will do Provide strategic direction and vision for design initiatives, aligning them with business goals, user needs, and market trends.Take part in user research, analyze user feedback, and translate insights into actionable design solutions that enhance user satisfaction and usability.Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, marketers, and stakeholders, to ensure alignment and integration of design objectives with overall product goals.Create high-fidelity prototypes, wireframes, mockups, and interactive designs to visualize concepts, validate ideas, and iterate based on user feedback and testing.Develop and maintain design systems, patterns, and guidelines to ensure consistency, scalability, and efficiency across products and platforms.Lead design reviews, critique sessions, and iterative design processes to refine and improve design solutions, incorporating feedback and insights from various stakeholders.Effectively communicate design concepts, strategies, and rationales to stakeholders, advocating for user-centric design principles and best practices.Help plan, conduct, and analyze user testing sessions, usability studies, and A/B tests to validate design decisions, identify areas for improvement, and optimize user experience.Advocate for accessibility and inclusivity in design practices, ensuring that products are usable and accessible to all users, including those with disabilities.Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, design tools, and best practices to continually enhance design skills, methodologies, and approaches.What we're looking for5+ years of experience in product design with a proven track record of delivering successful digital productsProficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative SuiteA strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of projects, including web, mobile, and responsive designExcellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationaleDeep understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standardsExperience leading design projects from concept to completion, including user research, ideation, prototyping, and user testingNice to have: knowledge of design systems, component-based design, and front-end development principlesPortfolio required: In addition to your CV, please include a link to your online portfolio in your application (or a PDF if you don't have one online).
