Senior Product DesignerSalary: £70k–£80k + equity + private medical insuranceLondon | 3 days in the officeWe’re hiring a Senior Product Designer for a growing B2B fintech. There’s a good amount of energy around the company at the moment, with new hires, big-name customers and US expansion underway. It feels like the kind of place where you’ll know everyone, get pulled into interesting conversations and see the effect of your work quickly. It’s a small, sociable team where people know what’s going on across the business and spend a lot of time working together rather than disappearing into separate functions. The product is complex and the problems don’t usually arrive neatly packaged. A customer might ask for one thing. Engineering may see another constraint. Sales may have heard a third version. Your job is to work out what actually needs to be built. What you’ll be doingOwning end-to-end product design across complex B2B workflowsTurning loose customer requests into clear, scalable product solutionsDesigning data-heavy tools and interfaces used by bank teamsWorking closely with product, engineering, commercial teams and customersMoving between rough concepts, prototypes and polished UI depending on what the work needsUsing AI tools as part of your design process to explore and move fasterWhat they’re looking forYou’ll probably have around 4+ years in product design, ideally within B2B SaaS or another complex product environment. You should be comfortable with ambiguity and able to pick up a problem without waiting for somebody to write the perfect brief.Strong UX and systems thinking matter most. Visual craft still matters, but nobody is hiring you to spend three days polishing a button while the actual product problem sits untouched. You don’t need fintech experience. They care much more about how you think, what you’ve owned and whether you can turn complexity into something people can actually use.
