Senior Product Designer- New Product Development - Remote - Full TimeA fun, fast-growing DTC brand on a mission to make learning new hands-on skills accessible to complete beginners. Since launching five years ago, the company has helped over a million customers experience that feeling of mastering something they thought was out of reach.Profitable and founder-led with no outside investors, the team is small by design relative to its revenue, fully remote, and intentionally low on bureaucracy.The brand is heading into a new phase where they are looking to test physical products beyond the category they're known for. They're looking for a senior designer who's genuinely fixated on understanding what people actually want, and has the craft to turn that understanding into something real, usable and worth loving. At speed.This isn't a surface-level visual role. It's hands-on and sprint-paced: a messy workbench, a fresh idea most days, and relentless iteration until one of them sticks. You'd sit within their wider product team and work shoulder to shoulder with senior design and operations leadershipResponsibilities-Generate product concepts that fit the brand and the market-Assess materials, cost and feasibility from one-off builds through to volume-Prototype kits by hand, refine through testing, then spec for manufacture-Design for teachability as well as buildability, materials, tools and tutorial flow-Work with overseas manufacturing partners on samples, iteration and production readiness-Tailor instructions and packaging so the build experience feels effortless and rewarding-Test concepts internally across age ranges and skill levelsExperience Required-4+ Years in Product Design-User-centered design-Rapid prototyping-Experience collaborating with overseen manufacturingBenefits-Unlimited PTO-Bonus scheme-401k Match-Health, Medical, Dental (75% Covered)-Plus many more
