Through the easy-to-use mobile app, users can buy and sell a variety of different cryptocurrencies and access a wide range of financial services.Coins is fully regulated by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) and is the first ever crypto-based company in Asia to hold both Virtual Currency and Electronic Money Issuer licenses from a central bank.We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to drive the design of our payment-related experiences across web and mobile platforms. This role requires someone who can independently propose design improvements, maintain strong research habits, and deliver high-quality outputs that elevate the user experience.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end design process for payment flows on web and appDeliver efficient, high-quality design deliverables (UI/UX) that meet product and business goalsCollaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless implementationConduct competitive research and benchmarking to identify opportunities for innovationApply user insights and empathy to create intuitive and reliable payment experiencesContinuously explore and suggest design optimizations to improve usability and conversionRequirements 5+ years of UI/UX design experience with a proven track record in shipping digital productsStrong portfolio demonstrating web and mobile design for complex systems, ideally in payments or fintechSolid understanding of payment systems, user needs, and pain pointsProficiency in Figma, with strong expertise in building and maintaining design systemsStrong communication skills, including working effectively in English across teamsSelf-driven, with a habit of combining research insights and design thinking to create impactful solutionsBonus: Ability to create illustrations or motion/interaction animations to enhance product experiencesJoin the Coins Team Now!Meaningful Collaborations - The successful candidate will work cross-functionally with other relevant teams to carry out implementations that will improve and create an impact on customer experience.Scalable Growth - Be part of a fast-growing organization with the vision to expand its territories outside APAC which will provide opportunities for career advancement.A Space For Bright Ideas - Let your bright ideas be converted into meaningful changes!
