Company Description Adviserz is building a quantitative, derivatives-focused intelligence engine for Indian financial markets, designed to provide institutional-grade research capabilities to retail traders. Team members have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge market analytics and contribute directly to a product that aims to level the playing field for retail participants.Role Description The Senior Product Engineer will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining core components of Adviserz’s quant-driven F&O intelligence platform in a full-time capacity. This on-site role, based in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, involves collaborating with product and research teams to translate trading and analytics requirements into scalable, robust software solutions. Day-to-day activities include architecting system components, implementing data pipelines and APIs, optimizing performance, and ensuring reliability and security of the platform. The Senior Product Engineer will also participate in product discovery, refine technical specifications, review code, mentor team members, and contribute to continuous improvement of engineering practices. The role requires close coordination with stakeholders to prioritize features, troubleshoot issues, and ship high-quality product enhancements on a regular cadence.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Product Engineering skills, including system architecture, scalable backend development, and integration of data-driven features into production systems.Candidates should possess Product Design skills focused on translating trading and analytics needs into intuitive, user-centered workflows and interfaces.Candidates should possess Analytical Skills for interpreting market and user data, evaluating product performance, and informing technical and product decisions.Candidates should possess Research and Development (R&D) skills to experiment with new technologies, support ML model integration, and prototype innovative product capabilities.Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, document technical solutions clearly, and present ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Experience with financial markets, particularly F&O or derivatives, and familiarity with machine learning-driven products is highly beneficial.Proficiency in modern programming languages, data processing frameworks, and cloud-based infrastructure; experience in high-availability, low-latency systems is a plus.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, along with a track record of delivering complex product features end-to-end.
