We are small and moving fast — and we want to move faster on what our users see and touch.The roleYou will own the user-facing side of the product: the web app our brokers live in all day, and the mobile experience we want to bring to iPhone. You take a rough idea or a screenshot of feedback from the founder and turn it into a shipped, polished interface the same day or the next. You use AI tooling as a default, not a novelty — to prototype, generate, refactor and test — and you know when to trust it and when not to.This is a hands-on, high-output role. There is no layer between you and the people deciding what gets built.What you'll doDesign and build new screens and workflows for the broker web app end to end: from a loose brief to productionLead our iOS / mobile effort — evaluate the right approach (React Native, Swift, or PWA) and ship the first versionTurn feedback from the founder and from customers into working UI within hours, not sprintsBuild data-dense interfaces well: inventory tables, pricing tools, seating maps, sync status across marketplacesSet the bar for frontend quality — component structure, performance, accessibility, consistent design languageWork with the backend team to shape APIs that make the frontend simpleBring AI into the product itself where it helps users, not just into your own workflowWhat we're looking for!!Must have!!4+ years building production web frontends; strong TypeScript and React (Next.js preferred)A real eye for UI: you notice spacing, hierarchy, and flow, and you fix them without being askedDemonstrated speed — you can show us things you built fast that people actually useAI-native working style: daily use of Claude Code / Cursor / Copilot or similar, with judgment about output qualityComfortable taking direct, frequent feedback from non-engineers and iterating immediatelySelf-directed. You ask the right questions, then go buildShipped an iOS app (Swift or React Native) to the App StoreExperience with data-heavy B2B tools, marketplaces, fintech, or ticketingFamiliarity with Go, or willingness to touch the backend when it unblocks youDesign tooling fluency (Figma) or the ability to work well without a designer
