Department: ProductAbout the RoleWe are looking for a Senior Product Manager to build and scale an AI-first Learning, Careers and Apprenticeship ecosystem.

The role will own the learner journey across: Career Discovery → Skill Gaps → Learning → Practice → Proof of Work → Career Guidance → Apprenticeship → Job Readiness → EmploymentThis is a hands-on product-building role. The candidate will be expected to identify user problems, prototype solutions using AI tools, write PRDs, collaborate closely with Design & Engineering, analyse product data, launch products and iterate rapidly. The role requires someone who can take products from 0 → 1 → Product-Market Fit → Scale.Key Responsibilities1.
