Who are we?Visualping is the world’s leading page monitoring agent. We alert people the moment something important changes on any web page, and we use AI to tell them what changed and whether it matters, filtering noise from signal. From consumers tracking an out-of-stock item to hedge fund teams tracking market-moving changes, our use cases are so vast that we aim to be an indispensable daily service for 3 billion internet users. We’ve reached 2 million users across 196 countries through Product Led Growth, with both a B2C and B2B platform. On the enterprise side, we have users in 85% of Fortune 500 companies. We’ve been featured by NBC News, The Wall Street Journal, Fox News, The Washington Post, The Verge, The Telegraph, The Sun and many other publications around the world. See our press coverage at www.visualping.io/press.We closed an $8 million seed round in 2021 with Fuse Ventures, Mistral Ventures and N49P. We’re profitable, so we control our own destiny, and we’re gearing up for a Series A. We are a small, AI-native team that obsesses over what we build, and every one of us is responsible for making our product more useful to the people who rely on it.Role overviewWe’re seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to own Visualping’s AI agent end to end: what it watches, what it tells people and where it lives. You’ll report to our Head of Product, with direct access to our CEO and the chance to shape how millions of people and thousands of businesses use AI to keep track of the web.Your goal is to make the agent valuable enough that businesses pay for it and keep paying. You’ll own trial-to-paid conversion for business users, and the activation and alert-quality numbers that drive it.This is a builder’s role. You’ll use the latest AI tools to prototype, analyze and ship working code yourself, not just write specs for others.ResponsibilitiesWhat it watches. Help new users find the pages worth monitoring, through AI recommendations and smarter setup, and get them to their first useful alert fast. What it tells people. Own alert relevance. Define what “important” means for different customers, measure it and cut the noise — noisy alerts are one of the most common complaints we hear. Make our AI summaries something people trust.Where it lives. Our agent runs in alerts and reports, in an in-app assistant that can set up and manage monitors, and inside ChatGPT, Claude and other AI tools through our MCP server and ChatGPT app. Decide where we invest next.Make AI quality measurable. Build the eval sets and scorecards (alert relevance, summary accuracy, false-positive rate) that tell us whether a model or prompt change made things better, and what it cost.Decide where AI earns its place. Know when a model is the right tool, when a simpler method works better and how to keep quality high and costs sensible at millions of checks a day.Set priorities for our two engineering squads. Decide what they build next, write issues that engineers and coding agents can act on, and check that what shipped actually worked.Be the product voice with customers. Talk to users every week, join calls with our largest customers and prospects, and bring what you learn back to the team. How we workSmall team, short loops. Two engineering squads, one product designer, our CTO and our Director of Engineering. Sales and customer success are one Slack message away.Agents do the heavy lifting. In September, 98% of the pull requests we merged were written with AI coding agents like Claude Code and Codex. An AI agent reviews every pull request, another triages production alerts and another reviews our assistant’s conversations every day.Everyone works with Claude. From engineering to sales and support, Claude is connected to our data warehouse, CRM and product docs through shared internal skills. Our product docs live as Claude skills that agents keep up to date, so most questions take minutes, not meetings. The best model for each job. We run models from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google and others, switch between them without a code change, and A/B test new ones in production. The issue is the spec. Our issues have one section for teammates and one for the coding agent that will build it. Clear thinking in that issue is a big part of the job.Show it, then ship it. We demo our work every Wednesday and post what shipped every week. We decide with data from our warehouse, product analytics and customer conversations, not long documents.Your first 90 daysIn your first two weeks, get a change live in production using our coding agents.Talk to customers on consumer, business and enterprise plans, and sit in on sales and support calls.Define what activation means for a business trial, and set up a scorecard for the agent: activation, trial-to-paid conversion, alert relevance and cost per check.Ship a change that moves one of those numbers, and demo it on a Wednesday.Requirements5+ years in product management, including 3+ years owning a SaaS product (B2B, B2C or both). You’ve shipped AI features to customers and measured whether they worked: you’ve built eval sets, judged LLM output quality or tuned prompts and models with engineers. You’ve moved activation, conversion or retention in a product-led business with a free plan or free trial. You’re an AI builder: you use the latest coding agents to ship working code, from prototypes and experiments to real fixes, and you can read a pull request well enough to check what an agent wrote.AI is how you work, not just what you build: you prototype, analyze data and draft specs with AI every day, you pull your own data with SQL or an AI assistant, and you can show us your setup. You think critically and say so. You can take apart a weak idea with evidence, including ours, and explain tradeoffs clearly to engineers, sales and customers. You prioritize hard, cut scope and ship.Nice-to-havesYou’ve built with the agent ecosystem yourself: tool use, MCP servers, Claude skills or agent workflows.Experience with enterprise customers who have strict accuracy and security needs.Exposure to web crawling, data extraction or monitoring products. Why join Visualping?Impact: Own the AI at the heart of a product used by 2 million people and 85% of the Fortune 500.Range: Work across B2B and B2C, product-led growth and enterprise, all in one company.Frontier: Work with the newest models and tools as they ship, on a product that already runs inside ChatGPT and Claude.Growth: Join at the perfect juncture, where our small team size lets you step into future leadership positions as the team grows and your stock options have real upside.Ownership: Help shape the direction of a profitable company, working directly with our CEO and Head of Product. What we offerCompetitive cash and equity compensation based on experienceYour pick of the latest AI models and tools, paid for by usA remote-friendly environment with flexible hours with the option to work from our Vancouver office.4 weeks of paid vacation including 1 paid week off between Christmas and New Year’s5 paid personal wellness days (sick days, moving days, personal days, etc.)$700 work from home equipment and furniture allowanceHealth and wellness allowanceCompany contribution and access to health benefitsTeam events, off-sites, retreats, professional development and ongoing learningCompensation$120,000 to $200,000 depending on experienceAttractive stock options planHow we hire1. We expect you to use AI tools — we want to see how you work.3. Up to three interviews with the people you’d work with, including our CEO4. An offerIf you interview with us, we’ll tell you our decision within 45 days. When you apply, show us something you’ve built with AI: a prototype, an agent, an analysis. A link beats a paragraph.
