Senior Product Manager - B2B Payments & Digital AssetsDubai, UAEAED 30,000 - 45,000 per monthI’m supporting a confidential search for a Senior Product Manager to join a growing fintech in Dubai and take ownership of its B2B financial platform.This is a genuine product ownership role for someone who is payment-native and enjoys building products that move, manage and reconcile money.The platform brings together traditional financial infrastructure and digital-asset capabilities across business accounts, payments, cards, FX, treasury and digital assets.The OpportunityYou will own the evolution of the company’s Business platform, working closely with Engineering, Design, Compliance, Legal, Finance, Treasury, Operations and commercial teams.The role covers the full product lifecycle, from customer discovery and requirements through to delivery, launch and optimisation.You’ll be working across areas including:Business and corporate accountsCorporate onboarding and KYBCross-border paymentsCollections and payoutsCorporate cards and expense managementFX and treasuryInvoicing and payment linksPayment acquiringOpen bankingDigital asset wallets and custodyCrypto and stablecoin paymentsFiat-to-crypto and crypto-to-fiat conversionSettlement and reconciliationTransaction controls, permissions and approval workflowsThe company is looking for someone who can turn complex financial and operational requirements into simple, scalable products for businesses.What You'll DoOwn and execute the product roadmap for the Business platformWork directly with business customers and internal stakeholders to understand problems and identify product opportunitiesTranslate commercial, operational and regulatory requirements into clear product requirementsOwn corporate journeys including onboarding, account setup, funding, beneficiaries, payments, approvals, settlement and reportingBuild scalable solutions across multiple entities, users, currencies and jurisdictionsWork closely with Engineering on APIs, integrations, product architecture and deliveryWrite PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria and process flowsManage the product backlog and prioritisationCoordinate delivery across Product, Engineering, Compliance, Legal, Finance, Treasury and OperationsWork with banks, payment providers, card providers, liquidity partners, custody providers and other technology partnersSupport pricing, packaging, go-to-market and sales enablementMonitor product performance across onboarding, activation, transaction volume, revenue, settlement, retention and operational efficiencyEnsure appropriate controls around permissions, approvals, limits, auditability, fraud and financial crimeWhat We're Looking ForWe’re particularly interested in Product Managers with a strong background in:B2B fintechPaymentsCorporate financial productsPayment infrastructureBusiness bankingTreasury or FXCardsFinancial infrastructureDigital assetsYou should have:5+ years of Product Management experienceStrong experience building or scaling payment or financial productsExperience working with B2B, corporate or institutional customersA strong understanding of money movement, payments and settlementExperience working with APIs and third-party financial infrastructureHands-on experience writing PRDs, user stories and acceptance criteriaExperience working directly with Engineering and managing a product backlogStrong commercial judgement and an ability to balance customer requirements with scalable product solutionsExperience operating within regulated financial environmentsDigital AssetsDigital-asset experience is highly valuable.This could include experience with:Crypto paymentsStablecoinsDigital walletsCustodyFiat/crypto conversionDigital-asset settlementBlockchain payment infrastructureInstitutional digital assetsYou do not need to have spent your entire career in crypto.We are particularly interested in candidates who understand traditional payments and financial infrastructure and can apply that knowledge within a Web2 + Web3 environment.The Ideal ProfileYou’re likely to be someone who can say:"I understand how businesses move money, I understand how payment infrastructure works, and I know how to turn complex financial workflows into products that customers actually use."You should be comfortable getting into the detail with engineers while also understanding the commercial and regulatory implications of the products you're building.This is not a trading-product role.It is not a pure strategy role.And it is not a project management position.It is a hands-on B2B product role focused on payments, financial infrastructure and the evolution of a business financial platform.Location & PackageDubai, UAEAED 30,000 - 45,000 per monthSenior-level product ownershipInternational fintech environmentSignificant opportunity to shape a growing B2B platformThis is a confidential search.
