🚀 Senior Product Manager, CRM📍Location: Dubai, UAE (Hybrid-Set up)💰Salary: AED 35,000–45,000 AED DOE + BenefitsWe're working with a fast-growing, multi-business-unit company at an inflection point!Right now, each of our business units runs on its own tools and source of truth. It worked when they were smaller. It doesn't anymore. If a customer touches more than one part of the business, the can't yet tell you who they are.They are hiring a Product Manager to fix that.This isn't backlog management. They need someone who will embed with the business units, understand why they work the way they do, and build a system that's clean enough to trust and flexible enough for people to actually use.What you'll ownIdentity resolution - leading the move from fragmented lead records to a single customer view, whether someone interacts via support, a marketing campaign, or a specific sales team.Platform consolidation - migrating business units off disparate tools and into a core CRM environment without killing their operational speed.Discovery - spending real time with each business unit to separate the symptom they want fixed from the actual root cause.Ecosystem integration - owning how the CRM talks to marketing automation, customer support tooling, and the rest of the stack.What they are looking forA systems thinker who's led a real CRM transformation before - someone who thinks about how information moves through a company, not just fields and buttons. You know the difference between a contact and a lead, and you've solved a unique-ID problem across platforms before.Ideally, you will have at least 5 years in Product, with a lot of that being in the CRM transformation space.Sound like a fit?
