SummaryWe are looking for an exceptional Senior Product Manager to lead the product strategy and delivery of Omniyat Digital & AI initiatives - two next-generation digital platforms designed to redefine the ultra-luxury real estate experience.We're seeking someone who combines outstanding product management capabilities with deep domain expertise in luxury real estate, branded residences, hospitality, or resident experience.If you've built digital products that serve high-net-worth customers and understand how premium real estate businesses operate, we'd love to hear from you.RoleOwn the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution across Omniyat Digital & AI initiativesTranslate real-world business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteriaWork closely with Engineering, Design, AI, and business stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer experiencesRepresent the needs of residents, investors, brokers, operations teams, and executive stakeholders throughout the product lifecyclePrioritise features and manage the product roadmap to ensure successful delivery of key milestonesDrive product decisions using customer insight, business priorities, and industry expertiseCompetencies Significant experience in Product Management, delivering complex digital products with engineering teamDeep understanding of premium or ultra-luxury real estate, including development, sales, leasing, branded residences, or resident operationProven experience writing Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), defining acceptance criteria, and managing product backlogStrong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior executiveComfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environmentNice to HaveExperience within PropTech, luxury hospitality, branded residences, or resident experience platformsKnowledge of the UAE or GCC real estate marketExperience working with AI-enabled products or AI-first product development environment
