Greetings from Linnk Group!Role SummaryWe are hiring a Senior Product Manager – User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for a leading client in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will lead the UAT strategy and execution for digital products, ensuring every release delivers a high-quality customer experience. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, UX, and Operations teams to validate new features, manage UAT programs, and support successful product launches.Job Title: Senior Product Manager – User Acceptance Testing (UAT)Location: Riyadh-Saudi ArabiaContract: Six month RenewableKey ResponsibilitiesOwn the end-to-end UAT strategy, including test plans, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.Partner with Product, Engineering, and QA teams to define and execute customer-focused UAT scenarios.Plan and manage internal and external UAT programs, including beta testing.Analyze testing results, customer feedback, and product data to identify issues and drive improvements.Support go/no-go release decisions by presenting UAT findings and risk assessments.Improve UAT processes, frameworks, and KPIs to enhance product quality and release efficiency.Collaborate with QA and DevOps teams to integrate UAT into Agile and CI/CD workflows.Key RequirementsBachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.Minimum 3 years of Product Management experience in consumer software, digital products, AI/ML, voice-enabled products, smart devices, or mobile applications.Proven experience managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT), beta testing, or product validation in an Agile environment.Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, SDLC, release management, and CI/CD practices.Experience defining acceptance criteria, test plans, customer journeys, and UAT success metrics.Strong analytical skills with experience using customer feedback, telemetry, product analytics, and defect metrics to drive product decisions.Hands-on experience with Jira, TestRail, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar collaboration and testing tools.Experience with AI/ML, Generative AI, Voice AI, NLP, smart devices, or consumer digital products is highly preferred.Candidate RequirementsCurrently based in Saudi Arabia (Mandatory).Minimum 3 years of relevant Product Management experience (Mandatory).📩 Interested candidates please share updated CV at:sajad.ali@linnk.com
