Senior Product ManagerBuildPrompt | Full-time | Hybrid, LondonAbout BuildPromptBuildPrompt is an agentic AI platform built primarily for AECO (Architecture, Engineering, Construction and Operations). We turn fragmented, document-heavy project data into evidenced, auditable intelligence, with every finding cited back to its source. The platform is used by leading infrastructure programmes in the UK as well as by organisations across other key sectors from insurance through to financial services. We already work with some of the most demanding organisations in the built environment, from national infrastructure programmes to global operators, and we are entering a critical growth phase. We are a small, fast-moving team, which means the work you do here is visible and it matters from day one.The missionTurn founder, market, client and engineering signals into a deliberate product direction, not an accumulation of client asks, so that every deployment compounds into the next and BuildPrompt scales as a platform business rather than a brilliant bespoke services business. You will sit deep inside the company's and CEO's strategic thinking day to day and translate it, together with everything we learn from clients, engineering and the wider AI landscape, into a product that gets stronger with every deployment. One week you might be in a client meeting extracting the real requirement behind the brief; the next you might be shaping the roadmap with the senior team, writing the spec engineering builds from, or codifying a live deployment into a repeatable demo. You will balance what needs shipping now with where the product is heading, and flag the trade-offs clearly along the way.It suits someone who thrives in a lean, fast-moving scale-up where priorities shift week to week, and who wants real ownership of how a category-defining product takes shape. What you'll own•   The roadmap. Translate the strategic thinking, client signals, engineering constraints and emerging AI capability into a prioritised, sequenced plan with reasons attached. Keep it current, visible and honest about trade-offs.•   The core versus configuration call. Before anything is built, classify it: core platform capability that compounds across clients, PromptStack configuration delivered with our partner ecosystem, or not built at all. This is the single most important judgement in the role.•   Linear as the one product record. Every signal from every deployment, demo and conversation becomes a ticket with an owner, a spec and a definition of done. Your specs are ones engineering can build from directly. You need to be exceptional at this, not merely familiar with it.•   User experience. The least friction to the outcome: clarity, repeatability and time to value. UX is the priority; visual polish follows utility.•   The repeatable demo engine. Vertical templates, synthetic datasets and role-based views that let us configure a credible, sector-specific demo in a day, built by codifying our existing deployment and demo assets rather than starting from scratch each time.•   The entity model. Own the entity model as a product capability today, and help shape the entity library concept as the platform's next horizon opens up.•   The feedback loop. Every deployment, demo and sales conversation feeds product. Usage insight is captured, not remembered. What we're looking for•   5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software, with a track record of taking complex platforms from POC to enterprise implementation. Years are a guide, not a gate: we are hiring for the right type of person, and the judgement and ownership this role demands matter more than time served.•   Technically fluent: comfortable in the room with engineers and technical advisers, able to follow AI-assisted engineering, LLM orchestration and data structure conversations without translation.•   Mastery of Linear for product development, and enough Figma to mock and iterate quickly.•   Someone who uses AI heavily to accelerate their own product, research and design work.•   Comfortable with structured and unstructured data; the platform is built on both.•   Strong brief interpretation. You can sit in a meeting, extract the underlying need, and come back with a proposal that stays on topic.•   Fluency across the design stages and the judgement to pick the right tool for each: research, wireframing, prototyping, production build.•   Strong stakeholder management across technical and business audiences.•   Comfortable in a lean, fast-paced scale-up where priorities shift week to week.Nice to have•   Experience in construction, infrastructure or compliance sectors.•   Background working alongside AI/ML engineering teams.•   Understanding of ISO standards and regulatory frameworks, and how those requirements are incorporated into projects. How you'll work•   Deeply inside the CEO's and relevant team members' thinking day to day.•   Alongside the Head of Engineering and the engineering team daily.•   With our technical advisers on architecture and emerging AI capability.•   With partner configuration teams on PromptStack (workflow) builds.•   With the Head of Operations on delivery reality.•   With the solutions engineer we hire next on what demos need. Why join us•   Real ownership of product direction at a company where your judgement is visible from day one.•   Work directly with the leadership team and shape how the product is built, not just what gets built.•   A front-row seat as we scale a category-defining AI platform in a sector that is only just beginning to adopt it.•   Working with a funded company that has deep relationships across industry as well as deployments with global companies.Details•   Reporting to: CEO, working day to day with the Head of Engineering and Head of Operations.•   Location: hybrid, mainly at our office in London.•   Type: full-time.•   Compensation: competitive, based on experience.
