The challenge now is continuing to evolve it, introduce new capabilities, and make sure every investment delivers real value for customers.What They Need Help WithYou'll be responsible for driving product strategy and execution within one of the company's key product areas.That means balancing long-term thinking with day-to-day delivery.You'll be:Owning product direction and prioritisationWorking closely with engineering and design teamsUsing customer feedback and product data to inform decisionsTranslating ambiguous problems into clear plans and outcomesBuilding products that can scale in complex enterprise environmentsDriving execution from idea through to launch and adoptionThis is a hands-on product role for someone who enjoys ownership and wants to see the direct impact of their work.What They're Looking For6+ years of Product Management experience within B2B SaaSStrong product execution skills and a track record of shipping productsComfortable working closely with engineering and design teamsStrong customer focus and product intuitionExperience using data to drive product decisionsAble to bring structure to ambiguous or incomplete problemsGood technical understanding alongside strong UX instinctsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsSomeone who enjoys taking ownership and accountabilityThe CultureThe product and engineering teams in Dublin own products end-to-end.There's a strong emphasis on collaboration, transparency, and giving people the autonomy to solve problems properly.Good fit for someone who likes moving quickly, taking responsibility, and working closely with talented product, design, and engineering teams.Interested?If this sounds like something you'd like to get stuck into, drop me a message or apply and we'll chat.
