Senior Manager – Product Management | AI & Emerging TechnologyDVF Recruitment are currently working on an exciting opportunity for a Senior Manager – Product Management to join a global organisation and play a key role in building and scaling its AI product capability. Hybrid working in London Office.This is a newly created opportunity for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of AI, product, technology and business, with genuine scope to shape products from the ground up.The opportunity:Lead the strategy, roadmap and lifecycle of AI-powered products and solutionsTake products from ideation and discovery through to development, launch and iterationWork closely with senior business stakeholders to understand challenges, identify opportunities and translate them into practical AI solutionsPartner with US-based Engineering, Data, IT and other technology teams to oversee deliveryDefine product priorities, KPIs, success measures and customer outcomesIdentify opportunities to embed AI across existing applications, products and workflowsInfluence senior stakeholders and drive product decisions across a complex, matrixed environmentEnsure AI solutions solve real-world business problems and deliver measurable valueHelp establish responsible and effective approaches to AI adoptionWhat we're looking for:7+ years' experience in Product Management / Product Development leadershipStrong experience taking products from discovery through to executionA strong understanding of AI/ML and emerging technology – you don't need to be an engineer, but you should be technically credible enough to work effectively with Engineering teamsIdeally coming from a start-up type business / teamExperience with product strategy, roadmaps, prioritisation, user research and iterative deliveryStrong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without direct authorityComfortable working with ambiguity and solving complex business problemsA curious, entrepreneurial and solutions-led mindset, with a willingness to challenge the status quoExperience working in fast-paced, complex or matrixed organisationsAgile/product delivery experience
