You will own product areas end to end, from identifying real customer problems to shipping and iterating on production-grade AI systems.You will work hands-on with engineering to define how our AI agents behave, learn, and improve in the real world. That means turning messy inputs, customer feedback, and system signals into clear product decisions, shipping quickly, and refining based on what actually works. This role is for someone who thrives in ambiguity, values craft, and takes pride in building systems that materially move the business forward.ResponsibilitiesOwn product areas end to end, from problem discovery through delivery, iteration, and measurable impactTranslate ambiguous customer needs, system signals, and business goals into clear product requirementsDrive rapid experimentation and iteration cycles using real-world usage and performance dataPartner closely with onboarding and customer-facing teams to ensure products scale and deliver real valueDefine success metrics, monitor outcomes, and continuously refine product behavior based on resultsMake pragmatic trade-offs between speed, quality, and scalability in a fast-moving startup environmentContribute to product culture by raising the bar on clarity, ownership, and shipping disciplineRequirements & ExpectationsThis is a fast-moving, fast-growing environment with real, complex problems and US-based customers.
