About the roleHomage is fundamentally changing how people access and get home care. The product management team works closely with engineers to define and deliver products from conception to launch. As part of the product group, you bridge the creative, technical and business worlds as you design services that our users love. This is a senior, high-ownership role — you'll operate with real autonomy on a complex, ambiguous problem space, and are expected to bring the judgment to structure it yourself rather than be handed a defined brief. This is also a bet on how we build. We're increasingly building AI-native — using AI tools to move faster through discovery, spec, and even implementation. We want a PM who treats AI tools (Claude Code, ChatGPT, etc.) as part of their core toolkit, not a novelty.ResponsibilitiesDefine the "what and why" of the product roadmap based on deep insight into Homage users and the market we operate in — with the judgment to set direction in the absence of clear data or precedent.Own delivery of end-to-end product initiatives and releases to drive business outcomes and objectives, reflected in measurable improvements across care engagement and fulfilment, workforce and supply chain performance, and care quality outcomes.Lead engineers, operations, and marketers through ambiguous problems from initial scope through to production and further iteration, driving alignment across stakeholders without formal authority over them.Perform data analysis to inform roadmap prioritization; help mature product analytics frameworks and processes; dig into data yourself to root-cause problems rather than relying on secondhand summaries.Perform needs assessment and gather requirements and user feedback for product improvement — including going deep with frontline/ops users, not just top-down strategy.Write clear product requirements, acceptance criteria, and user flows.Use AI tools throughout the workflow — research synthesis, spec drafting, prototyping, and (where relevant) working directly with engineering in Claude Code — to move faster without losing rigor.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Operations, and Supply Ops; help raise the product bar across the wider team and ensure we are consistently delivering a strong experience and tangible value across all key stakeholders.Minimum requirements5+ years of experience in product management, having shipped products end-to-end (0-to-1 and significant iteration), ideally consumer or two-sided marketplace/platform.Demonstrated, hands-on use of AI tools in real product work (research, spec writing, prototyping, or code) — not just "used ChatGPT to write emails." Experience with Claude Code or similar agentic coding tools is a strong plus.Excellent written and verbal communication - can write a crisp PRD, explain a complex tradeoff simply, and drive alignment with stakeholders without relying on authority.Strong product sense and technical fluency- knows the difference between a B, A, and A+ product experience, and can speak to technical tradeoffs with engineers directly.High judgment under ambiguity, can break down an undefined problem using both data and qualitative input, and make a defensible call without a clear precedent.Bias for action and focus on impact — asks structured, sharp questions to get to the crux fast, sets ambitious goals, and works backward to deliver them, without letting structure become an excuse to slow down.Comfortable going deep on operational/frontline user problemsStrong ownership and accountability for targeted feature outcomes, with end-to-end responsibility from launch through to impact — continuously running a launch → hypothesis → outcome measurement → iteration cycle to ensure each feature delivers against its intended objectives.Preferred qualificationsExperience with wo-sided platforms, supply chain and workforce/recruitment, gig-economy, or frontline-worker products.Prior experience turning qualitative ops/frontline feedback into a shipped roadmap.Track record mentoring or raising the bar for more junior PMs.Exposure to healthcare, caregiving, or regulated-service platforms is a plus, not a requirement.Startup experience — comfortable owning ambiguous problems with limited resources.About HomageHomage is a care platform that combines qualified and trained caregivers, nurses, doctors and health care organisations and funders with technology, enabling care, wellness and recovery wherever you are.
