We move fast, think big and put the consumer at the centre of everything we do.Role OverviewAs Senior Product Manager, you will own the product roadmap for your category or platform. You will work with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Operations and Retail to build products and experiences that customers love and that grow the business.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the product vision, strategy and roadmap for your areaTurn customer insights, data and business goals into clear prioritiesWrite clear PRDs and user stories, and manage the backlogLead product launches from idea to release, working closely with Engineering and DesignTrack key metrics such as conversion, retention and NPS, and act on what the data showsRun experiments and A/B tests to improve the customer journey across web, app and storesWork with Marketing, Supply Chain and Retail teams to keep product, pricing and experience alignedStudy the market and competitors to spot new opportunitiesMentor junior product managers and share best practicesRequirementsProduct management experience, ideally in D2C, e-commerce or consumer productsProven record of launching and scaling productsStrong analytical skills and comfort with tools such as GA, Mixpanel or SQLClear communication and the ability to manage multiple stakeholdersSound understanding of the omnichannel customer journeyBachelor's degree required; MBA is a plusGood to HaveExperience in home, furniture, lifestyle or retailExposure to both online and offline salesExperience working in a fast-growing startup
