Location: London OR Birmingham (Hybrid – 3 days a week)Sponsorship: Not availableThe Senior Product Manager/ Product Lead will own and evolve the digital money transfer mobile and web platform, working across product strategy, customer experience, new functionality and third-party payment integrations.The Senior Product Manager/Product Lead will:Own the product roadmap, evolving features based on customer & commercial needsImprove the end-to-end digital experience across onboarding, verification, transfers, tracking and customer supportWork with Engineering to deliver new payment capabilities, integrations and platform improvementsWork effectively with Compliance, Operations and commercial teams to launch products safely and effectivelyIdentify opportunities for AI to improve customer experience and efficiencyThe Senior Product Manager/Product Lead must have:5+ years of Product Management experienceExperience within FinTech specifically consumer remittance, international money transfer or a closely comparable cross-border payments businessExperience delivering customer-facing web and mobile financial productsStrong understanding of payment APIs and third-party integrations
