Senior Product Manager – E-commerce / Omni-channel

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our Digital Health team and lead the development of customer-facing digital health and e-commerce solutions. This role is ideal for a customer-focused, solution-driven professional who can translate business and user needs into scalable, impactful digital products.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery, ideation, and development to launch and continuous optimizationDrive the strategy and execution of e-commerce and omni-channel digital productsCollaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and business stakeholdersIdentify customer pain points and deliver data-driven, user-centric solutionsLeverage AI / GenAI capabilities to enhance product offerings and customer experienceMonitor product performance, analyze metrics, and implement improvementsRequirementsProduct Management experience, preferably within UAE/GCCProven experience in customer-facing digital products and e-commerce platformsStrong understanding of ecosystemExperience or exposure to AI / GenAI applications in digital productsDemonstrated expertise across the full product lifecycleStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving skillsExcellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration abilitiesAbility to manage complexity and deliver solutions in a fast-paced environmentBilingual (Arabic & English) is an added advantageWhat We're Looking ForA customer-obsessed mindset with a passion for innovationA solution-oriented approach to solving complex challengesStrong ownership, accountability, and execution skills
