You will be joining an experienced leadership team who had successfully grown and scaled other companies before.About the RoleThis is a highly autonomous role for a product leader who thrives in fast-moving environments and enjoys turning ambitious ideas into products used by millions.You'll work closely with founders, engineering, design, AI/ML teams and growth stakeholders to identify opportunities, validate concepts, ship quickly, and drive measurable user and business impact.What You'll Be DoingOwn product initiatives from discovery through to launch and iteration.Partner with AI, engineering and design teams to define product strategy and roadmap.Translate complex AI capabilities into simple, engaging user experiences.Conduct market analysis and competitive research to identify opportunities.Gather and define product requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.Lead rapid experimentation, prototyping and feature validation.Define success metrics and use data to optimise product performance.Work directly with stakeholders to prioritise initiatives and drive delivery.Analyse user behaviour, retention and engagement trends to inform decision-making.Champion the voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle.Help shape long-term product vision for AI-powered consumer applications.What We're Looking ForEssential5+ years of Product Management experience within technology businesses.Experience launching and scaling consumer-facing digital products.Strong understanding of AI, machine learning or LLM-based products.Proven track record of owning products or features from concept to launch.Exceptional product discovery and problem-solving skills.Strong analytical mindset with experience defining KPIs and success metrics.Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, design and data teams.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.A highly proactive, ownership-driven approach.Experience working in high-growth startup or scale-up environments.DesirableExperience building AI-first products.Exposure to conversational AI, generative AI or creator tools.Experience with rapid prototyping tools such as Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT or other AI-assisted development platforms.Background in mobile applications, gaming, social, creator economy or subscription consumer products.Understanding of experimentation frameworks, growth loops and retention mechanics.Why Join?Work remotely with a high-performing global teamBe part of a company with exponential user growth and cultural impactEnjoy wellness support, generous PTO, learning budgets, and cutting-edge AI toolsCollaborate with top-tier talent in a fast-paced, creative environment
