Senior Product Manager - Generative AI Tech Services (0AB6B49)

Referment is working with a global investment firm hiring a senior product manager for its generative AI technology services team. The team develops and operates a firmwide suite of generative AI products and infrastructure, acting as a centralized platform for the firm. This role owns the user-facing generative AI products, and the work centers on deeply understanding users and connecting their asks to product changes — including technical implementation.The RoleOwn product direction and delivery for the firm's flagship user-facing AI agent and chat experiences, expanding to other end-user generative AI products over time.Spend time understanding both technical and non-technical users, identifying new ways AI products can support or transform their workflows.Partner with the firm's Learning & Development and generative AI business teams to increase adoption, experimentation, and AI skill development across the firm.Systematically prioritize product work across the team and in collaboration with key infrastructure teams and partners.Work with senior engineering counterparts to keep the products stable and performant.What We're Looking ForFive to ten years of product management experience, ideally building AI/ML or generative AI products, developer tools, or enterprise software.A bachelor's degree or higher; computer science or a related technical discipline is preferred but not required.A technologist's mindset — enough depth to understand the product and ecosystem and to read code and see how components fit together; some coding experience is beneficial.An evangelist's energy for encouraging learning and adoption of AI solutions across the firm.Keen prioritization and cost/benefit analysis skills, with a data-driven approach to evaluating product success.Excellent user interviewing skills and a deep interest in working closely with users to understand problems and transform workflows.This could suit a product manager from an AI/ML, developer-tool, or enterprise software company who wants broad ownership of a firm's user-facing AI stack in a technically deep environment.#Referment
