They have committed to becoming an AI-driven company — not AI as a feature, but AI as the operating model: agentic automation across campaign operations, intelligent planning and ordering, and measurement that explains outcomes rather than just reporting them. You will be a driving force in that shift.About the RoleYou will be the person who defines what an AI-native AdTech platform looks like - and then ships it. That means being a genuine individual contributor: prototyping with LLMs and agent frameworks yourself, writing the evals, pressure-testing what models can and can't do in media workflows, and turning working prototypes into production capabilities. And it means leading: setting the AI automation roadmap, raising the bar for how the client's product and engineering teams think about agents, autonomy, and human-in-the-loop design, and making the case to executives for where AI creates durable advantage. You are not handed a backlog - you find the leverage points and go.What You'll Own• The AI automation vision for a unified media execution platform - where agents take over repetitive planning, trafficking, QA, and reporting work, and humans move up the stack to strategy and judgment.• Hands-on AI product development: prototype agentic workflows, define evaluation and guardrails, and take capabilities like document intelligence, recommendation engines, and campaign QA agents from pilot to production yourself.• The next-gen platform narrative, shaping how planning, ordering, activation, and attribution converge into one AI-first experience - and how that platform differentiates the client in the market.• Executive alignment, translating AI possibility into a credible, sequenced roadmap for client leadership - including honest calls on what's ready, what's hype, and what to build now versus watch.• The craft bar, modeling AI-native ways of working — building with the same class of tools you're deploying - and lifting the client's product and engineering culture along the way. What We're Looking ForRequired• 6+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years in AdTech or MarTech (DSP, SSP, OMS, ad server, campaign management, or measurement/attribution products).• Deep fluency in the programmatic ecosystem — how orders, trafficking, pacing, optimization, and attribution actually work — and a strong point of view on where the industry goes next.• Builder-level AI fluency: you personally build with LLMs, agent frameworks, and modern AI tooling — prompting, evals, tool use, human-in-the-loop patterns — not just spec them for others.• A record of taking ambiguous, zero-to-one AI or automation initiatives to production in a B2B environment.• Self-direction: you operate without a handed-down backlog, find leverage, and create momentum inside someone else's organization.• Clear, direct communication with executives, sellers, ops teams, and engineers — you'll be the AI product voice inside a client organization.• Located in the US or able to work fully within US time zones; all collaboration is with US-based colleagues.Preferred• Experience with CTV/converged TV, outcome-based measurement, or incrementality testing.• Experience shipping AI agents into operational workflows (campaign QA, trafficking, support automation) and living with them in production.• Familiarity with the modern data stack (cloud data warehouses, Databricks/Spark, BI tools) and how data quality shapes what AI can credibly automate.• Prior consulting, agency, or embedded-team experience — you know how to build trust fast inside someone else's organization. How We Work• Completely remote. This role is 100% remote, with working hours aligned to US time zones.• US-based collaboration. You'll interact exclusively with US-based colleagues on the client side - stand-ups, planning sessions, and stakeholder reviews all run on US business hours.• AI-native by default. CloudGeometry runs its own delivery on modern AI tooling; you'll build with the same class of tools you're helping the client adopt. Why This Role, Why NowEvery AdTech company says it's adding AI. Very few are rebuilding around it — and fewer still give one person the mandate to lead that rebuild hands-on. This role puts you at the front edge of next-generation AdTech: agentic operations, AI-native planning, and measurement that thinks. If you've been waiting for a seat where your AI conviction and your AdTech scar tissue finally compound, this is it.Salary range for this position: $140,000 - 150,000 USDWe want to be upfront: we may use AI tools to help our team review applications and assess responses.
