Team members collaborate closely with industry partners to shape the future of digital health infrastructure.Role Description The Senior Product Manager – RCM Healthcare will lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution for revenue cycle management products within Gate 8’s AI-driven healthcare platforms. This full-time, on-site role is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, design, sales, and client success. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and prioritizing requirements, defining product features, creating detailed user stories, and aligning product initiatives with business goals and regulatory standards. The role also involves leading discovery with healthcare clients, analyzing RCM performance data, monitoring market trends, and driving product launches and iterations. The Senior Product Manager will ensure that RCM solutions support accurate claims processing, payment integrity, FWA detection, and operational efficiency for healthcare stakeholders.Qualifications Strong experience in product management within healthcare or health tech, with a focus on revenue cycle management, claims processing, or payment integrity.Proficiency in developing product strategies, roadmaps, and business cases, and translating them into clear requirements and user stories.Experience collaborating with engineering, data, and design teams to deliver scalable, secure, and compliant digital solutions.Knowledge of healthcare regulations, payer-provider workflows, and RCM KPIs; familiarity with FWA detection concepts is highly beneficial.Ability to conduct market and user research, analyze product performance data, and make evidence-based prioritization decisions.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.Demonstrated ability to lead end-to-end product lifecycle activities, including discovery, design, development, launch, and continuous improvement.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.Experience working on-site in fast-paced, high-growth organizations; prior exposure to AI-driven or data-intensive platforms is a plus.
