Senior Product Manager– Salesforce Platforms

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to own and scale Salesforce-based digital products within a fast-growing food delivery technology platform. This role will focus on driving product strategy and execution for Salesforce solutions supporting operations, merchant management, customer experience, and internal business teams.The ideal candidate has strong Salesforce ecosystem exposure, a startup mindset, and a business-driven product approach, with prior experience in food delivery or similar on-demand platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the product vision and roadmap for Salesforce-based platforms and toolsLead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and prioritization to launch and optimizationTranslate business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteriaPartner closely with Salesforce developers, architects, business analysts, and operations teamsPrioritize backlog and support Agile / Scrum ceremonies (planning, grooming, reviews)Ensure Salesforce solutions align with business goals, scalability, and performance needsAnalyze KPIs, user feedback, and operational data to drive continuous improvementCollaborate with stakeholders across operations, commercial, marketing, and support teamsConduct market and competitor analysis within the food delivery and on-demand ecosystemAct as the key product owner for Salesforce initiatives and enhancementsRequirements5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in tech-driven environmentsHands-on experience working with Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or custom Salesforce solutions)Prior exposure to food delivery, marketplace, e-commerce, or on-demand platformsFluent Arabic speaker (mandatory)Strong understanding of Agile product developmentAbility to work closely with technical Salesforce teams without being hands-on codingStrong business and commercial acumenExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsExperience in startup or scale-up environmentsBachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
