To accelerate this evolution, we are looking for an innovative Product Manager who represents the perfect blend of Product Craftsmanship, UX Leadership, and Product Marketing.In this multi-faceted role, you will bridge the gap between complex software engineering, user behavior insights, and public-facing product communication. You will own both the underlying software building logic and the front-end user experience (UX), working side-by-side with designers to ensure our highly technical services are intuitive, impactful, and successfully presented to the market.Your ContributionDeliver with Velocity. These are the behaviors you’ll need for success at IQronix.In this role, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Drive Versatile Software & UX Strategy: Lead the feature definition, building logic, and end-to-end roadmap for complex software services, ensuring they are scalable, feature-rich, and highly intuitive.Work with UX & Inspire Design: Deeply analyze customer behavior to advocate for the end-user. Partner closely with design teams to lead and inspire the creation of seamless user journeys, turning complex engineering capabilities into beautiful, easy-to-use digital interfaces.Master the Building Logic: Translate complex business rules and technical specifications into clear user stories, functional logic, flowcharts, and technical requirements for development.Product Marketing & Public Facing Launch: Craft the public-facing narrative for our innovative software solutions. Translate technical, back-end logic into compelling market value propositions for public launches, documentation, and executive pitches.Observe & React to Customer Behavior: Use product analytics and user feedback to uncover behavioral patterns, utilizing data to eliminate friction in the software and continuously elevate the UX.Global Collaboration: Leverage your international perspective to collaborate seamlessly with our strategic global delivery hubs (US, Taiwan, UK, Germany, Korea, Nepal), ensuring round-the-clock product momentum.Key Qualifications5+ years of Product Management experience shipping innovative commercial software or highly versatile software-as-a-service (SaaS) products.Strong Collaboration with UX: Exceptional design intuition with a track record of leading by influence and inspiring UI/UX design teams to map out user flows, raise the quality bar on usability, and build cohesive digital experiences.Deep Sense of Building Logic: Proven experience mapping out complex software logic, workflows, system rules, and APIs while maintaining a clean, simple front-end experience.Product Marketing Savvy: Experience defining product positioning and successfully marketing technical software solutions or features to the general public or corporate users.Startup Mindset: A "can-do", self-starter attitude with a track record of thriving in high-growth, fast-paced, and ambiguous startup environments where flexibility is required.Global Perspective: Study abroad or international work experience is highly preferred, demonstrating an ability to communicate effectively across diverse global cultures and time zones.Data & Behavior-Driven: Proficient in tracking user behavior analytics (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude), setting product KPIs, and running experiments to optimize the user journey.EducationUndergraduate or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Interaction Design, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
