This role bridges the gap between market research and technical execution, focusing on deploying AI-driven workflows and modern payment infrastructures to drive business transformation for our global clients.工作職責⎮RESPONSIBILITIES產品設計與原型製作： 將技術研究轉化為功能性產品需求和技術規格文件（PRD），專注於 AI 與支付解決方案。AI 落地實施： 設計並監督 AI 導向基礎設施的部署，包括將大型語言模型（LLMs）、預測分析和自動化決策引擎整合至現有的金融框架中。支付編排（Payment Orchestration）： 開發並實施現代化支付流，串接傳統法幣管道與 Web3/數位資產生態系統，確保跨境效率與合規性。解決方案架構： 與技術團隊緊密合作，擴展 Techtanium 的專有技術模型，將概念研究轉化為可擴展的正式生產代碼。端到端交付： 管理從初步設計、使用者驗收測試（UAT）到最終部署的產品全生命週期，確保解決方案符合客戶的特定業務目標。市場導向產品策略： 持續監測雲端、AI 和金融科技領域的動態，識別具備開發潛力的機會，以維持客戶的競爭優勢。技術溝通： 編製技術文件、流程圖和實施藍圖，並向內部管理層及外部利益相關者進行簡報。跨境協作： 擔任全球產品標準與中國及東南亞市場特定實施需求之間的技術橋樑。Product Design & Prototyping: Translate technology research into functional product requirements and technical specifications (PRDs) for AI and payment solutions.AI Implementation: Design and oversee the deployment of AI-ready infrastructure, including the integration of LLMs, predictive analytics, and automated decisioning engines into existing financial frameworks.Payment Orchestration: Develop and implement modern payment flows, bridging traditional fiat rails with Web3/digital asset ecosystems, ensuring cross-border efficiency and compliance.Solution Architecture: Work closely with engineering teams to build and expand Techtanium’s proprietary technical models, moving from conceptual research to scalable, production-ready code.End-to-End Delivery: Manage the product lifecycle from initial design to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and final deployment, ensuring solutions meet client-specific business goals.Market-Led Product Strategy: Monitor developments in the Cloud, AI, and Fintech sectors to identify "build-ready" opportunities that maintain clients’ competitive edge.Technical Communication: Develop technical documentation, flowcharts, and implementation roadmaps to be presented to both internal management and external stakeholders.Cross-Border Collaboration: Act as the technical bridge between global product standards and the specific implementation requirements of the China and SE Asia markets.任職要求⎮REQUIREMENTS教育背景： 需具備電腦科學、人工智慧（AI）、資料科學、工程、數學或物理學相關領域的學士（含）以上學位。具備金融科技（Fintech）或產品設計背景者尤佳，具備銀行業知識者加分。技術熱忱： 在實施 AI 框架及/或數位支付協定（如 ISO 20022, Swift, 區塊鏈等）方面有實績證明或濃厚興趣。分析與設計思考： 具備將複雜業務問題拆解為模組化技術解決方案的能力。具備 B2B 工具的 UI/UX 流程設計經驗者加分。執行力導向： 展現出超越理論研究的能力，具備主動解決問題與落實執行的行動力。語言能力： 需具備流利的中英文溝通能力。本職位需與中國的技術團隊及企業夥伴緊密合作以實施技術解決方案。Educational Background: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, Math, or Physics. A background in Fintech or Product Design is highly preferred. Banking industry know-how is a plus.Technical Passion: A proven track record or keen interest in implementing AI frameworks and/or digital payment protocols (ISO 20022, Swift, Blockchain, etc.).Analytical & Design Thinking: Strong ability to deconstruct complex business problems into modular technical solutions. Experience with UI/UX flow design for B2B tools is a plus.Execution Mindset: Must demonstrate the ability to move beyond theoretical research into proactive problem-solving and implementation.Language Proficiency: Competency in both English and Mandarin is required, as the individual will work closely with engineering teams and corporate partners in China to implement technical solutions.
