Senior Product Manager (UAE)

ACCELLOR is looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, development and evolution of enterprise digital and web-based products.The successful candidate should combine strong product management, technology consulting and business transformation experience, with the ability to work directly with CEOs, C-suite executives and senior business stakeholders.Experience across procurement, operations and enterprise business processes would be particularly valuable.Key Responsibilities Own the end-to-end product vision, strategy, roadmap and delivery for digital/web applications Translate business strategy and executive priorities into actionable product roadmaps Partner directly with CEOs, C-suite executives and senior leadership to understand business requirements and strategic priorities Lead product discovery, requirements definition, prioritization and roadmap planning Work closely with UX/UI, architecture, engineering, DevOps and delivery teamsDefine user journeys, product requirements, acceptance criteria and success metricsPrioritize features and manage product backlogs based on business value and user impactDrive development and enhancement of modern web and digital platformsBring strong understanding of procurement and operational processes into product design and prioritizationConduct workshops and executive presentations and communicate product recommendations clearly to senior stakeholdersEnsure products deliver measurable improvements in customer/user experience and operational efficiencySupport digital transformation and AI-enabled product initiatives where relevantRequirementsTotal 8-10 years of experience managing complex software development projects using Agile methodologiesGood understanding of AI/ML lifecycle, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), NLP, and Computer Vision projects. Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into AI-driven solutions while ensuring scalability, security, and governance. Coordinate MLOps activities including model deployment, monitoring, versioning, and continuous improvement. Familiarity with AI governance, Responsible AI principles, data privacy, and regulatory complianceStrong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to speak to technical-level staff and summarize communications for business stakeholders and executivesPrior experience of managing web, mobile, IoT projectsKnowledge of project management tools such as JIRA, Sharepoint, and MS ProjectKnowledge of Big data, Analytics tools like Power BI, Tableau, SQl ServerKnowledge of AS400, Blue Yonder, Azure, or ReportingExperience with cloud technologies and distributed systems is a plusProven track record of delivering software projects on time and within budgetAbility to manage multiple projects in parallelIdentify opportunities/gaps to drive new projects, drive discussions with stakeholders to build required collateral to seek funding for new projects Identify opportunities to expand businessBenefitsExciting Projects: We focus on industries like High-Tech, communication, media, healthcare, retail and telecom.
