Key Responsibilities

Understand business requirements, product workflows,user journeys, and functional specificationsTranslate business and product requirements into comprehensive test scenarios and test casesAnalyse requirements when they are incomplete, inconsistent, or likely to create usability or business problemsDemonstrate strong product ownership and think from an end-user perspectiveForm functional, regression, integration, system, and exploratory testingValidate end-to-end business workflows across multiple product modulesIdentify gaps, ambiguities, and inconsistencies in product requirements before development or releaseWork closely with Product Owners to clarify requirements and acceptance criteriaCollaborate with developers to investigate, reproduce, and resolve defectsValidate fixes and ensure that defects do not introduce regression issuesAssess the impact and priority of defects from both technical and business perspectivesMaintain test plans, test cases, test data, and QA documentationParticipate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, demos, and release discussionsSupport UAT and production validation when requiredAnalyse production issues and contribute to root-cause analysisContinuously improve QA processes, test coverage, and release qualityRequirements8-14 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance / TestingStrong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile/Scrum, and QA methodologiesHands-on experience with functional and regression testingExperience testing complex business workflows and end-to-end product journeysStrong understanding of requirement analysis and test case designGood knowledge of API testing and tools such as PostmanWorking knowledge of SQL for database validationExperience with defect management and tools such as Jira or similar platformsAbility to understand product documentation, user stories,acceptance criteria, and business requirementsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsGood communication and collaboration skillsNice to have Skills:Experience with API automationExposure to CI/CD pipelines and release processesExperience in UAT coordination or production supportSuccess in This Role:Success will be measured by the ability to:Prevent defects from reaching productionImprove overall product quality and customer experienceIncrease test coverage of critical business workflowsIdentify requirement and product gaps earlyReduce regression issues and production defectsBuild strong domain and product knowledgeBecome a trusted QA partner for Product, Engineering, and Business teamsBenefitsYou will have the opportunity to collaborate with some of the brightest minds in the industry on an incredibly ambitious project to shape the ever-evolving financial sector.
