Senior Product Researcher (UX) - Leading Financial Institution

Our client, a leading global financial institution, is looking for a Senior Product Researcher (UX) to shape the next generation of digital experiences for affluent clients.The researcher will lead end-to-end research, uncovering customer needs and behaviours, and working closely with product, design, analytics, and business teams to turn insights into impactful product experiences and decisions.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end UX research, from research planning and execution to insights and recommendations.Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, including interviews, usability testing, surveys, and ethnographic studies.Partner with product, design, and business teams to translate research findings into actionable product improvements.Present research insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.Mentor colleagues and support research best practices, vendors, and research platforms.Explore AI/ML, automation, analytics, and ResearchOps to improve research capabilities.Qualifications:2 – 5+ years of UX, Product, Design, or Behavioural Research experience.Strong experience in qualitative and quantitative research and usability testing.Ability to translate customer insights into product and design recommendations.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Familiarity with tools such as UserTesting, Dovetail, Miro, or Figma.Experience working in Agile, cross-functional teams.Research experience within financial services or regulated environments is an advantage.Exposure to AI/ML, ResearchOps, or research automation is a plus.English required; Cantonese or Mandarin is an advantage.To Apply:Please apply directly to this posting or email your CV/Resume to recruiting@pfccgroup.com.
