This role involves guiding prospective learners through program options, understanding their career goals, and recommending suitable learning pathways. The Senior Program Consultant will manage the end-to-end consultation process, including conducting needs assessments, explaining program features and outcomes, and supporting applicants through enrollment. The role also includes maintaining accurate records, collaborating with internal teams to optimize the learner experience, and meeting performance targets related to learner engagement and program uptake. Daily activities may include conducting consultations via in-person meetings or calls, following up with leads, and providing clear, empathetic communication to support informed decision-making.QualificationsStrong consultation and advisory skills, with the ability to understand learner needs and recommend appropriate programs.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken and written English and the ability to engage professionally with diverse audiences.Experience in education, edtech, counseling, or career services, preferably in a client-facing or learner-facing capacity.Demonstrated ability to work with targets, manage pipelines of prospective learners, and use CRM or similar tools to track interactions.Ability to work on-site in Delhi, India, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a background in business, education, psychology, or related fields is an advantage.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a learner-centric mindset focused on long-term career outcomes.Interested candidates can share their cv at shubhangi.singh@herovired.comContact Number-9217354730
