The organization positions itself as a movement toward a smarter, adaptive, and human-centered future of learning.Role Description The Senior Program Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for guiding learners through their education and career development journey. This role involves consulting with prospective and current learners to understand their goals, recommending suitable programs, and supporting them from enrollment through completion. The Senior Program Consultant will collaborate with academic, operations, and marketing teams to refine program offerings, improve learner experience, and ensure high-quality delivery. Daily activities include conducting one-on-one consultations, facilitating information sessions, tracking learner progress, and providing feedback to improve curricula and learning pathways. The role also includes analyzing learner and market data, contributing to new program design, and representing Future Next Academy at events, workshops, and partner engagements.QualificationsDemonstrated experience in program consulting, academic advising, or education services, with the ability to assess learner needs and recommend appropriate learning pathways.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to conduct learner consultations, lead presentations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret learner data, track outcomes, and contribute insights for program improvement.Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple learner cases, maintain accurate records, and meet timelines and performance metrics.Experience or interest in technology-enabled learning, AI-driven education, or skills-focused training programs is highly beneficial.Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Psychology, Management, or a related field; advanced qualifications or certifications in counseling or learning design are an advantage.Prior experience working with adult learners, professionals, or career changers in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment is preferred.Ability to work on-site in Gurugram and collaborate effectively with diverse colleagues and learner communities.CompensationsCTC: 6,00,000 -12,00,000Unlimited Performance Based Incentives5 Days WorkingSat - Sun Fixed Off
