JOB TITLE: Senior Analyst, Program ManagementPOSITION OVERVIEW:A Senior Analyst in Program Management serves as the subject matter expert supporting the financial health and optimization of Asurion's device protection programs. This role partners with internal and external teams—including frontline call center, product, service network, finance, supply chain, and sales—to analyze and improve program economics across the organization, with particular focus on the Asurion Connected Home portfolio. The optimal candidate will bring strong SQL proficiency, sound business acumen, and excellent communication skills, paired with rigorous critical thinking to translate data into actionable insight while working within cross-functional teams that prioritize key clients initiatives.This role demands a customer-centric, self-sufficient professional capable of operating with confidence in a fast-growing, complex environment.
