Senior Program Manager / Delivery LeadRole OverviewOur client is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager / Delivery Lead to take ownership of program mobilization, delivery governance, stakeholder alignment, commercial management, risks and dependencies, and the successful transition from Discovery into implementation.Key ResponsibilitiesMobilize delivery teams and confirm resource allocations, responsibilities, and backup arrangementsOwn the overall program plan, milestones, dependencies, RAID, key decisions, and executive reportingLead client governance forums and coordinate Steering Committee preparation and escalationsManage scope, assumptions, change requests, and associated commercial impactsCoordinate architecture, engineering, governance, security, business analysis, and partner workstreamsTrack cross-program dependencies, access requirements, data blockers, and critical delivery risksLead fortnightly financial tracking, including actuals vs. budget, earned value analysis, and forecast to completion, with reporting circulated to the Steering CommitteeReview and sign off sprint review artefacts and post-go-live stabilization reportsEnsure Discovery activities result in clear decisions and build-ready outputs rather than workshop documentation aloneOwn handover, knowledge transfer, transition, and program closure planningEnsure delivery aligns with the E-Futures Master Data Management Delivery FrameworkRequirements12+ years of experience in program or project leadership within enterprise technology or data transformationProven experience delivering at least one complex, multi-region data transformation program within the last 5 yearsStrong experience leading multi-workstream and multi-stakeholder programsDemonstrated expertise in RAID, dependency, change, and commercial managementStrong experience designing and facilitating governance forumsAbility to work effectively with executive stakeholders, technical teams, and business stakeholdersExcellent written communication, reporting, and governance skillsStrong program management, organizational, and stakeholder management capabilitiesPreferred / Nice-to-HaveExperience delivering international or multi-region programsExperience in Master Data Management or data transformation programsExperience working across complex enterprise technology environmentsIf interested, please share your resume via careers@talentstudio.io.
