We're hiring a Senior Programme Manager to structure and drive delivery across the programme, working closely with senior leadership.What you'll do:Translate strategic objectives into a clear programme roadmap: workstreams, milestones, dependencies and measurable outcomesLead delivery across multiple workstreams spanning organisational design, roles and responsibilities, process redesign and governanceEstablish and run programme governance: steering committees, reporting, RAID management and executive decision-making forumsOwn the change management approach: stakeholder engagement, communications, adoption planning and managing resistance to changeAct as the primary programme-level interface with C-suite and executive leadershipWhat you'll bring:Proven track record leading complex, cross-functional transformation programmes involving organisational changeStrong programme governance background, able to set up and run structures from scratchSenior stakeholder management experience, including direct work with C-suite/executive leadershipHands-on change management expertise — not just planning, but driving adoptionComfortable operating as a senior, individually accountable programme lead, not just a coordinator
