The role involves conducting risk-based audits, identifying improvement opportunities, and providing actionable recommendations to support project success and organizational objectives.1. Key ResponsibilitiesConduct risk-based audits of real estate and development projects.Review project feasibility studies, budgets, procurement processes, contractor management, and cost controls.Evaluate project performance, timelines, and potential causes of delays, including financial and contractual implications.Assess the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls and risk management practices.Identify control weaknesses, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.Develop audit findings and recommendations and monitor the implementation of corrective actions.Prepare audit reports and communicate results to management.Ensure audit activities are conducted in accordance with professional standards and internal policies.2. QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.4-6 years of relevant experience in project auditing, project controls, construction, engineering, or a related field.Strong knowledge of risk management, internal controls, project governance, and audit principles.Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.Fluency in Arabic and English.
