Once onboard, we nurture and promote talented individuals, ensuring that senior positions are accessible to everyone.Key Responsibilities:Deliver complex activities or projects with minimal supervisionEnsure alignment with objectives, timelines, quality, and governance standardsAct as a recognized SME within the teamProvide technical support for complex issues and client requirementsAnalyse and resolve complex issues, taking a proactive approachIdentify and drive process improvements and efficienciesBuild relationships with key stakeholders across functions and geographiesManage expectations and provide solutions to challengesProvide informal guidance to junior team membersSupport knowledge sharing and capability developmentKey Requirements:5 senior experience; coordinates and supervises daily activities of a small team; sets priorities and supports performance/engagement actions with oversight from more senior managers.Knowledge of service line or previous experience in HRP, A&T or GEM (asset)Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).Demonstrated first-line team leadership (work allocation, coaching, review/quality oversight) consistent with “supervises daily activities” expectation.
