Senior Project Manager | Chicago, IL$160K–$190K Base Salary DOEI’m currently partnering with a well-established Chicago General Contractor looking to add an experienced Senior Project Manager to their team.This individual will have the opportunity to take a leadership role on the high-profile commercial, adaptive reuse, renovation, and restoration projects throughout Chicago.The Opportunity:

• Base salary of $160K–$200K, depending on experience
• Strong pipeline of adaptive reuse and complex renovation projects
• Long-term stability with a steady backlog of work throughout Chicagoland
• Opportunity to manage recognizable, technically challenging projects
• Work directly with an experienced leadership team with significant Chicago construction experienceIdeal Background:
• 8+ years of commercial construction experience
• Experience managing large-scale projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Strong background in adaptive reuse, renovation, restoration, or complex commercial construction
• Proven ability to manage project teams, subcontractors, owners, and design partners
• Strong understanding of budgets, schedules, contracts, and project controls
