Senior Project Manager - AI

Qualifications & Experience• 8+ years of technology project/programme management in enterprise environments; proven delivery across multi-country or regulated industries (financial services preferred).• Direct experience leading enterprise deployments of AI or LLM-based products; strong understanding of generative-AI concepts and enterprise integration patterns.• Solid grasp of AI governance and risk frameworks; experience implementing security and compliance controls (DLP/Purview, audit logging, access management, encryption).• Experience of connectors and/or the Power Platform; hands-on familiarity with automation and scripting concepts (e.g. Python, PowerShell) to coordinate with engineering and QA.• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience); PMP and/or Scrum certification is an asset.• Bilingual (English/French) strongly preferred for Montreal-based stakeholders and partners.Core Skills• Programme leadership: planning, prioritisation, dependency management and executive reporting.• Product ownership: backlog management, acceptance criteria, release planning and value measurement.• Risk and issue management with strong problem-solving and decision facilitation.• Stakeholder management and communication; ability to articulate complex technical topics to senior executives.• Change management and adoption: training materials, communications and stakeholder readiness.
