Market-Ready MVP - Product & Technology ExecutionLead project coordination and delivery management across LookRoom's core technologies and product capabilities.These include:LRAC — LookRoom Avatar CreationCoordinate development of personalized 3D avatar capabilitiesAlign AI/ML, 3D artists, engineering and product teamsTrack technical milestones, integration requirements and delivery readinessLRTS — LookRoom Try-On ServiceCoordinate virtual try-on technology developmentManage dependencies between garment processing, avatar technologies and AI modelsOversee testing, quality assurance and integration milestonesLRSS — LookRoom Suggestion SystemCoordinate personalized outfit recommendation capabilitiesAlign AI intelligence, wardrobe data, user preferences and contextual inputsSupport delivery of reliable, user-centered recommendation experiencesOverall MVP DeliveryTranslate product requirements into executable project plansEstablish milestones, priorities, ownership and deadlinesCoordinate frontend, backend, AI/ML, DevOps, UI/UX and other specialistsIdentify bottlenecks and manage cross-functional dependenciesOrganize testing, bug resolution and release readinessTrack delivery quality, risks, resources and timelinesYour responsibility is not to manage writing every line of code.It's to ensure that all contributors move toward one clearly defined, integrated and market-ready product.2. US Go-to-Market Readiness — Cross-Functional ExecutionIn parallel with MVP finalization, you'll help coordinate the operational and product-related activities required for LookRoom's first market entry.Our initial target market is the United States, followed by Asia, Europe and other international markets.You'll collaborate with founders, Marketing/Growth, Product, HR/People & Culture and technical teams to support:US GTM execution planning and milestone trackingCoordination of product readiness and marketing launch requirementsEarly-user onboarding and validation programsProduct feedback collection and prioritizationAnalytics and performance measurement readinessCross-functional launch deliverablesInternal operational processes and communicationResource planning and execution accountabilityLaunch risks, dependencies and contingency planningThe Marketing/Growth team will own marketing strategy and customer acquisition planning.Your responsibility will be to ensure that the required teams, systems, product deliverables and operational activities are coordinated and ready for execution.What You'll OwnEnd-to-end project planning and execution trackingProduct and technical delivery schedulesSprint planning and Agile coordinationCross-functional dependencies and prioritiesProject documentation and reportingRisk identification and mitigationResource allocation and workload visibilityMilestone acceptance and delivery qualityStakeholder communicationCoordination between distributed international teamsYou'll help establish an execution environment where everyone understands:What must be delivered.
