The ideal candidate will be an Arabic speaker, capable of engaging senior stakeholders, driving complex projects, and delivering measurable business outcomes across diverse sectors.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring scope, timeline, budget, and quality objectives are achieved.Manage large-scale transformation, strategy, operating model, and organizational improvement projects.Build and maintain strong relationships with executive stakeholders and client leadership teams.Oversee project planning, governance, risk management, and reporting processes.Lead multidisciplinary teams and provide coaching to project members.Develop project roadmaps, business cases, and executive-level presentations.Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational excellence.Ensure alignment between business objectives and project deliverables.RequirementsArabic Speaker (Fluent)Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or related field8+ years of experience in Project Management, Consulting, Strategy, or TransformationPrevious experience with a Big 4 consulting firm (PwC, Deloitte, EY, or KPMG) is mandatoryProven track record of managing complex, enterprise-wide projectsStrong stakeholder management and executive communication skillsPMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent certification preferredExperience within Government, Public Sector, Healthcare, Financial Services, or Energy sectors is highly desirableKey CompetenciesStrategic ThinkingProject GovernanceChange ManagementRisk ManagementFinancial ManagementLeadership & Team DevelopmentClient Relationship ManagementProblem Solving & Decision Making
